We are Everett Cassell
and Crystal Yvonne Johnson
the son and daughter of Mamie Yvonne Lewis-Johnson 
and the grandson and granddaughter of Joseph Allen Lewis Jr. 
Lucy LeNora Mann Lewis of Louisburg, North Carolina. Our grandparents are increditable people,
who showered us from our birth with their love and kindness and help our mom through the hardships of life. Throughout
this growth period in our lives, then and now, we know what it means to have greatest grandparents in the world.
Our Grandparents lived a rural North Carolina farm life. There
are many paths to walk to understand how our grandparents survive during this time. Grandpa Joe served in U.S. Army,
work as a farmer and master carpenter. Gandma Lucy did domestic work, serve lunch counts at the Greyhound Bus Station in
Raleigh, North Carolina. They brought balance in their lives by raising and educating eight children. This mean that they
blessed us with great uncles, aunts and cousins.
We are very proud of our upbringings. Taking a trip down memory lane, our grandparents
were hard workers, they sustained life off the land. Gardeners,Farmers, raised livestock - pigs, chickens, cows and horses and hunt deer and rabbits,
picked berries and our grandma would cooked the absolute the best home meals. We are thankful for today's convenience, we are just city kids.
Mamie Yvonne Lewis-Johnson, our mother is the second daughter of Grandpa Joe and Grandma Lucy. She put Christ first in our lives and raised us to love and care
for others. She sent us to public schools in Virginia Beach, Virginia and college in North Carolina.
We are grateful to have great Grandparents and Uncles and Aunts
as the Lewises. We praise you Lord for our mother Mamie Yvonne Lewis Johnson. Lord, may your grace and blessing be upon her!
